Dear members of CIFEJ,

Following the CIFEJ Headquarters’ previous announcements about the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assemblies that are to be held in Warsaw on January 20th-23rd, 2012, this is to inform you about the CIFEJ Board’s endorsement on the limitation of the number of proxies each member eligible to vote may hold.

Based on this endorsement, each 2011 paid up member of CIFEJ who attends the GAs can hold at most three (3) proxies.

The list of 2011 paid up members, for your reference, has been put on the CIFEJ website in WHO’s WHO; to find it, search CIFEJ in the contact name.

The list will be updated now and then.

Those of you who have not yet received your membership invoice for 2011, please contact with us.
