At the CIFEJ Board's meeting in Tunisia, following projects were endorsed to be executed:

 Cooperation between Asian Children's Film Festivals:

During BIKI 2012, three East Asia Children's Film Festivals: South Korea, Japan, and China will meet to negotiate regional co-operations.

CIFEJ International Summit on Children's Films and Media  

   The first edition will focus on the Arab- African countries.

Int’l Cultural Center of Hammamet will give the detailed proposal to host the 1^st edition;

The Second edition will focus on the Asia region.

 CIFEJ Children's Club (CCC)

• It is a virtual club  .
• Members are kids and the youth.
• The club can organize competitions and special programmes and donate special awards.
• Online workshops for producing animations and promoting animation productions will be organized for the members.
• The world rights of this club are preserved to CIFEJ and cannot be transferred to any other entity , ... .

Scriptwriting Competition  

These competition will be only for CIFEJ members; the best script for children's film will receive US$ 2000 cash Prize
