CIFEJ Executive Committee Meeting at Ale Kino Film Festival (8-11 Dec., 2009)-Poznan, Poland

Members of the CIFEJ Executive Committee Firdoze Bulbulia (President), Katarina Minichova( Vice-president), Günther Kinstler(Vice-president), Mohsen Chiniforoushan (Secretary General), and Maryam Bafekrpour (Executive Director) met in Poznan-Poland during Ale Kino Film Festival to discuss about the budget of CIFEJ, preparation for executing CIFEJ projects, Virtual Extraordinary General Assembly, etc.

The executive committee approved Mohsen`s proposal budget for CIFEJ.

Members of the CIFEJ Board also had a meeting with the President of the Media Education Center, Miomir Rajcevic, who took the technical responsibility of the CIFEJ Website.
The website will be presented in a new design and with new content hopefully in the beginning of the New Year.

The Media Education Center will be also the host of the CIFEJ Virtual Extraordinary General Assembly and the Board meeting in the early of the spring 2010, in Belgrade.

The Virtual Extraordinary General Assembly is planned for the Modification of the rules of the Statutes and the Bylaws during which those legal members who have already paid their full membership fees 2009 have the right to vote.

On 11th December, the members of the Board met also with “Felix Vanginderhuysen”, Secretary General of “ECFA” (The European Children’s Film Association) and discussed about the possibility of future partnership between the two organizations.
